A woman on Missoula's north side called police on Sunday morning, March 30, to report that she had been raped by a man she returned to her home with after a party the night before.
Damon Parsons, 40, was charged in Missoula Justice Court on Monday, February 24, with sexual intercourse without consent, for allegedly raping a 13 year-old girl in 2012.

University of Montana student Timothy Eugene Schwartz, 18, appeared in justice court via video from the Missoula County Jail on Wednesday, February 19, on a felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent, and misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
