Nicole’s Election Night

As we all know, last night was election night!

To some people, like my brother Sean, election night is comparable to the Super Bowl. And to be honest it kind of felt like it too!

I was invited to an election night party with my brother and a bunch of his friends that started at the Iron Horse, moved to Stocks and the Top Hat, and then ended up at Tamarack. We were an eclectic bunch with differing opinions on political issues and yet somehow we could coexist beautifully.

Even though we all voted for different candidates we were able to act like adults and have a total blast. It was refreshing to hang out with a group of people who have different beliefs but can still get along. Hopefully now that the election is over, the rest of the country can follow suit.
