Landlady Goals

Let's be honest, being a landlady or landlord can be very difficult. You're trusting someone to take care of the property you own and have invested a lot of time and money into.

Making the move back to Missoula could have been very difficult for me. Without using a realtor, I was trying to find a nice place that was worth the price I would spend on rent.

My landlady made it so easy for me. She let my friend Amanda walk around the apartment and take videos and send them to me. So by the time I finally made it back to Missoula I was ready to go.

Most landowner's keep their distance and only show up when something goes wrong and needs fixing. But not my landlady!

For the holidays this year, she dropped a card in my mailbox with gift cards to the Mustard Seed! How cute is that?!

I think all landlords/ladies should do this! It's such a simple and sweet gesture and it really makes your tenants feel taken taken care of!
