Zootown Arts Community Center recently reopened its doors after a renovation period. I ended up heading there for a concert about a week ago and it looks awesome! (The concert was Lisa Prank by the way, go check them out on Spotify, they're great.)

I definitely got the vibe while I was there that ZACC was looking to become a space and more and more events to happen around town. So the news that they're about to hold their first stand-up comedy show isn't a surprise to me, but it's definitely exciting.

They'll be showcasing tons of local talent for a show hosted by local comedian August Ansley. Here's the info from their Facebook event page:

Saturday, November 23, 2019 / 7:30-10:00 PM / All Ages / Doors at 7 / $5 Tickets

August Ansley hosts the first ZACC stand-up comedy show, showcasing some of Missoula’s best comedians. With Tim Miller, Sarah Aswell, Amy Carroll, Lenny Peppers, Nathan St. Onge, & Eden Solas. Tickets available online (soon) and at the door.

Great local comedy, newly updated venue, and only five bucks? Yep, this is definitely something to check out. Will you be going?
