Justin Bieber joined Stevie Wonder to perform "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)" and "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town." Bieber brought out previously eliminated contestant Drew Ryniewicz to sing the last lyrics. Wonder played piano, and broke out his harmonica for a virtuoso solo. Afterwards, Bieber said, "He was gracious enough to come out and perform with me. It was an honor, and I just want to say right now that Stevie, you are one of my idols."

Pitbull and Ne-Yo performed a medley that included Pitbull's "Give Me Everything (Tonight)." Past X Factor UK winner Leona Lewis performed her new single "Run." 50 Cent performed "Wait Until Tonight" and "In Da Club."
