Wheel Chair Prank in Downtown Missoula [VIDEO]

Remember the old Tom Green skit where the comedian would hobble down the street in crutches in an attempt to fool onlookers? That's the inspiration behind this vintage Youtube clip that we dug up while searching for humorous local videos.

We gotta give credit to these young kids for being ballsy enough to pull off such a cruel trick. What's even more cruel are some of the passer-by's that barely take action in their attempt to rescue the poor "handicap" teenager suffering from a faulty wheelchair.
