Casual bowlers, league members, birthday party goers, and more.....if you're ready to hit the lanes - June 1st will see Westside Lanes opening their doors. As we start phase 2 of Gov. Bullock's plan to reopen the state, more businesses will be allowed to return, and that includes bowling alleys.

The lounge and snack bar have already opened but the lanes have been empty for the last two months. That will change on Monday. Of course, there'll be some safety guidelines and sanitary measures to follow when Westside Lanes gets back to the business of bowling.

According to a MontanaRightNow.com article, Robin Barker, part owner and general manager of Westside Lanes says “we have went through all of the bowling balls, all of the equipment. We have sanitized them, each and every one of them,” explains Barker. “The settee area, the furniture has all been sanitized. And we do have a plan in place to ask our customers to use our hand sanitizer before you start looking for a bowling ball.”

Other noticeable changes include bowling only allowed on every other lane, only five people per lane, increased sanitary measures between customers, reminders of social distancing measures, and an upcoming option to purchase disposable shoes. Also, the number of arcade machines available for play will be reduced.

Are you ready to get back on the lanes? Find Westside Lanes & Fun Center at 1615 Wyoming St, Missoula, MT 59801 and online HERE.
