Make sure your kids' car seats are properly installed for free and then drive straight home to watch Robin Hood. Wait, what?

Even though there is no connection between the two, we just figured it was a fine time to remind you about a couple of good things happening in Missoula. But one of them ends on Monday!

Let's start with the one that is ongoing. Missoula Emergency Services has certified car seat installation technicians ready to make sure your little ones are safe. Drop-in car seat installation and safety checks will be offered the second Wednesday of every month from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Emergency Services Training Center, located at 1220 Burlington Avenue in Missoula. All other dates and times are by appointment only. Please call (406) 549-2325 for more information.

Now, onto some mirth. Enter the magical, mythical Sherwood Forest with the Missoula Children’s Theater's family-friendly production of Robin Hood. Stream on-demand from the comfort of your own home for $10 (plus service fee).

The time is simply long ago. Our hero, Robin Hood, and his Merry Band of colorful characters seek to waylay the aristocrats and set out to rescue Maid Marion. Prince John tries to stay calm as his sheriff, guards and horsemen botch Robin’s arrest thanks to the aromatic skunks. Wacky humor and an original score add to this fresh new look at a legendary outlaw in a legendary time.

The MCT production of Robin Hood runs through this Monday, January 11. Simply sign up for the stream on the Missoula Children's Theater website
