Even if you eat right, exercise all the time, and don’t smoke there might be a few things you do that aren’t very healthy and you might not even realize it.

Here are three common health mistakes you might be making every day.

  1. Do you brush your teeth right after breakfast?

Brushing right after breakfast can weaken you enamel, especially if you have eaten anything acidic, like fruit or orange juice. Ideally, you should brush before breakfast, then after gargle with water and wait 40 minutes before you brush again.

  1. Do you drive home after one or two drinks at Happy Hour?

Even if you’re under the legal limit, this is still a bad idea. In fact, people with a blood alcohol level of 0.01% are 46% more likely to cause a crash than sober drivers. So designate a driver, use public transportation, call a cab, or walk to you favorite bar for Happy Hour.

  1. Do you drive around with you windows down?

This can be unhealthy because some roads and highways can be up to ten times higher in air pollution than normal due to car exhaust. So keep your windows rolled up and hit the recirculate button on your air conditioner.
