And the awesome concert announcements just keep on coming - the Flaming Lips are set to come back to Missoula. They were in town a little over a year ago performing at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater, but this time around they'll be doing a show at The Wilma. You'll be able to catch them on April 15th, 2020.

Here's all the info you need, courtesy of Logjam's press release:
Logjam Presents is pleased to welcome Flaming Lips for a live concert performance at the The Wilma on April 15, 2020.
The Flaming Lips’ live shows are filled with extra theatrics and an array of props, as many saw from their play at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in June 2018.Led by eccentric frontman, Wayne Coyne, The Flaming Lips formed in Oklahoma in 1983. Over the years they’ve released 17 studio albums, with their latest album, King’s Mouth, being released July 2019. PopMatters gave the new album 8 out of 10 stars and described it as a “strange, compelling head trip of an album.”

The Flaming Lips have won three Grammys and have been nominated for 3 others. In 2002, Q magazine included them on their list of “50 Bands to See Before You Die.” In 2007, they were nominated for a BRIT Award for “Best International Act”.
