The Best Airport Food Ever!

After a recent trip to Seattle, I am convinced I had the best food offered at any airport, period. This food has been named as one of Oprah Winfrey's favorite things, and this comfort food is just delicious. It's seems so simple, Beecher's Macaroni and cheese but something about this mac and cheese puts it above all the rest.

The fact that you can find this amazing food at the airport when most likely you are already a little stressed out do to traveling, makes this dish even better. The cheese in this dish is so rich and creamy but in the best way possible.
