Target Bringing Back 15% Savings Event For Teachers This Summer

It's tough to find things to get excited about when it's time for back-to-school.  But there's reason to have a smile if you're a teacher!  Target is bringing back its 15% savings event for teachers this summer.  

For one week, from July 13-20, teachers in the US can save 15% on school supplies, clothes and other back-to-school items.  But yes, there are some restrictions.  Electronics, clearance items, trial & travel size items, swimwear, sleepwear, backpacks, lunch bags and other items are excluded.  Although, it does seem like backpacks and lunch bags should be included since they're staples of back-to-school necessities.  Am I right?
