With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I’ve been in the green mood. I had already made a New Year’s resolution to start eating healthier. So, I thought it would be really fun if I could combine these two things. I was also hoping this would be a great way to get my kids to eat a little healthier...

If you haven’t planned your St. Patty’s Day meal yet, don’t worry there is still time. I’ve found a very easy crockpot corned beef and cabbage recipe. All you have to do is throw the ingredients in the crockpot St. Patty’s Day morning and it will be ready when you get home at night from all the holiday’s festivities.
