Where do you think the longest stop light in Missoula is located?

If you want a short commute, you should live in a small Montana city.  The ten best commutes are all places with populations of less than 300,000 people. The U.S. Census Bureau has recently released their 'Commuting in the United States' report, using information from 2009-2012.  They found that the average worker has a 25-minute commute, which is basically unchanged from 2000.
