Shop With Your Pet and Can the Cats at Southgate Mall on Friday

It's been a bit of a roller coaster ride when it comes to the Griz football season. For a while there was still hope of the season starting on time - but it was eventually cancelled due to COVID-19. The Big Sky Conference has now announced there will be a shortened season with games beginning in the spring - and it will include a Griz-Cat game on March 27. Even though there is no season yet, Southgate Mall is holding a couple of events that will let you show your Griz support.

You're probably still sporting your gear in the absence of the season, and now your four-legged friend can show their Griz pride as well. The mall will hold their Shop With Your Pet: Griz Edition on Friday (11/6) and you can score a free Griz bandana for your pet when you make a qualifying purchase. That won't be the only way to show your support. The day will also serve as the kickoff to the annual Can the Cats Canned Food Drive. You can be one of the first to donate and help power Missoula and the Griz to a win over Bozeman and MSU Bobcats fans.

At Shop With Your Pet, we invite you to bring your four-legged friend for an extra-special shopping excursion. While you visit get a FREE Griz pet bandana when you make a purchase at any Southgate Mall store*. All well-behaved and fully vaccinated pets on-leash are welcome.

We will also be kicking off the Can the Cats Canned Food Drive for Missoula Food Bank & Community Center at Clock Court, so please bring an item to donate.
