Registration is Open for the 2021 Missoula Marathon

At this time a year ago we were thinking the 2020 Missoula Marathon would possibly be affected by construction on the Higgins Avenue Bridge. Boy, if we only knew the issues that would soon be popping up! Of course, not only did construction on the bridge not happen, COVID-19 wiped out almost all summer events including the marathon. Missoula felt the pain of lost revenue with all the events of the marathon weekend being scrapped and we were left to look forward to next year's event.

Plans are starting to take shape for the 2021 version of the marathon and today was a big day as registration has officially opened.

Race weekend will be June 25-27 next year and the Facebook event page has all the info:

Join us in Big Sky Country for the 15th Annual Missoula Marathon. Ranked as one of the Top 10 Best Weekend Experiences by The BibRave 100, race weekend is scheduled to take place the weekend of June 25 - 27, 2021. Come for the run and stay for a Treasure State Adventure.
