We've been getting a steady stream of concert announcements for 2020 over the last few weeks, and I've noticed a lot of them are bands who were in Missoula not that long ago - Big Head Todd and the Monsters are back, Magic City Hippies are back, and now, we've got another one - The Movement are set to return to Missoula on February 26th!
The band was last here in January, so it'll be just over a year since they've been in town - but this time, they've got a new album out, so don't expect the exact same show. I actually talked to Josh Swain, the lead vocalist for the band, ahead of that show, which you can listen to here.
Here's the info you need for The Movement's upcoming Missoula show:
Logjam Presents is pleased to welcome The Movement for a live concert performance at the Top Hat on February 26, 2020.
The Movement has been winning the hearts and minds of alternative-reggae fans since their inception in Columbia, SC in 2003. Drawing inspiration from Sublime, 311, Slightly Stoopid and John Brownʼs Body, theyʼve come to be known as musical shapeshifters with a foundation of heavy drum and bass. Today the band consists of founding member, lead vocalist, and guitarist Joshua Swain, bassist Jason Schmidt, drummer Gary Jackson, and keyboardist/multi-instrumentalist Matt Goodwin. Their sixth studio album, Ways Of The World, dropped on June 7, 2019, debuting at #1 in the Billboard Reggae Chart.

Limited Logjam presale tickets will be available online only from 10a-10p this Thursday, October 31. Sign up for the presale here.
