Alright, so as we all know, spring and summer are right around the corner! The warmer it gets, the more clothing we shed and I don't know about you, but I want to feel good about myself when those layers come off!

For the past couple of months I've been working out with the oh-so-lovely Rachel Plumage over there at Ridge Fitness. If you don't know Rachel, you should! She will change your life for the better and help you get into the best shape of your life!

Recently I've started taking her BoxCore class and it's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. The class is an hour of sweaty ass-kicking work, but you leave the room feeling like a champ. In case you didn't know, a typical BoxCore class is 75% boxing/kickboxing and 25% core workout! And trust me when I say Rachel will make you workout muscles you didn't even know you had! Haha
