Pole-Licking Scene from ‘A Christmas Story’ Performed on Subway [VIDEO]

It’s a Christmas classic, the movie ‘A Christmas Story. Street-theater group Improv Everywhere decided to re-create the scene where Ralphie and Schwartz watch as Flick gets his tongue stuck on a flagpole. Here’s the big difference. The crazy improve group didn’t try re-creating this on a playground; they did it on a New York City subway.Instead of a flagpole, they used a commuter pole. Sidenote, I’m sure there are a billion plus nasty germs on those things, so don’t you dare try this! Instead of using their own tongue, they used a prosthetic tongue and a magnet. It appeared like he was really stuck. The “fire department” even comes to the rescue after Ralphie and Schwartz get off the subway… See what happens next.
