As the sneak peek above suggests, we’ll have the first full, official trailer for Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising tomorrow, but until then, enjoy 15 seconds of footage from the upcoming sequel to the 2014 comedy hit starring Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. This time around, the pleasant couple next door are besieged by a house full of sorority sisters led by Chloe Moretz, who appears only briefly in the trailer, but seems to have been perfectly cast as yet another cold and calculating antagonist.

If you’re familiar with her guest turns on 30 Rock, then you know just how sinister Moretz can get, capable of flipping from sweet to ruthless on a dime. As you can see above, Moretz (along with Selena Gomez) will be tormenting Rogen and Byrne, who get a little assistance from Efron in trying to take down the sneaky sorority sisters.

Set to Kanye West’s “Black Skinhead,” the short teaser promises even more shenanigans in Nicholas Stoller’s follow-up to his 2014 film, once again scripted by Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The film also stars Dave Franco (and hopefully his excellent Robert De Niro impression), Lisa Kudrow, Ike Barinholtz and the incomparably hilarious Billy Eichner.

We saw the first images and poster for Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising last week, but be sure to check back here tomorrow for the first official trailer. The film hits theaters on May 20.
