Well as the cooler weather starts to set in you do start to see more and more bugs and even flies start to try to come inside. Well I saw something at the grocery store that may help with that.

The Venus Flytrap, a carnivorous plant that is native to the east coast and wetlands. The trick is with these guys as helpers for fly catchers is the fly actually has to fly into the trap and touch one of the hairs.

Named after "Venus" the goddess of love. I am just not sure how effective this flytrap is? There was an actual fly in the container when I bought it and it had yet to eat it. Then I had a few flys and even a spider near it and it wasn't even phased. I'm going to replant it in a bigger pot and give it some sunlight and we shall see if it helps out.
