MTV Reality Star Passes Away At 32 Years Of Age

At 23 years of age Diem Brown was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and she beat it! It came back in 2012, and spread quickly to her colon, liver, and stomach lining. With the odds getting tougher she still held on to hope that she would beat cancer again. Unfortunately 10:22am Friday morning she passed away in New York City.

If you were addicted to watching the MTV Real World/Road Rules Challenge's like I am this news is devastating. There were few relationships that truly showed love like Diem and C.T. It was the on-again off-again thing that we all hoped would become happily ever after. With her condition getting worse in this last week it is comforting to know that she was surrounded by her family and friends on her final days.

Other than just a T.V. star she was an inspiration. No matter what obstacle got in her way she was so brave to just keep fighting. My favorite quote from Diem was from just last month when she said, "No matter what it is, you're going to have the bad days, but if you have hope throughout, you won, no matter what the results. Life is so beautiful".

She will be missed by so many, thoughts and prayers go out to the Brown family from the Zoo FM staff.
