Remember a few months back, when we told you that Montana drinks more beer than almost every other state in the US? Well, turns out that's not the only beverage we can't get enough of.

According to a new list by Zippia, Montana LOVES its pumpkin spice lattes. So much, in fact, that we ranked number 3 on their list of the states that love them the most (We ranked just behind Maine at number one and Utah at number two).

So how did they determine such a scientific list? Well, they actually just looked at Google Trends to see which states were googling for pumpkin spice stuff - the thinking being that, if you're searching for recipes or when it's coming back, you're probably a fan of pumpkin spice lattes.

Ok, so maybe that isn't the most scientific way to handle things, but hey, it's good enough! It looks like pumpkin spice stuff is least popular in the south - Mississippi ranked dead last, with Louisiana, Alabama, and Georgia not far behind.

But with the fall rolling around in the colder-climate north? Yeah, people can get pretty into it. I've never been a big coffee fan, but I know how crazy people can go for pumpkin spice lattes. For some, it's the thing they most look forward to in the fall.

Are you one of those people that has to get their pumpkin spice lattes as soon as they become available? Do you think it makes sense that Montana ranks so high for its pumpkin spice love?
