Montana A Cappella Society Sings for Christmas

Sunday, December 22, the Montana A Cappella Society will sing in a familiar setting - a church. This spring, the Bitterroot-based singers were invited to a choral festival in Italy and sang in several churches. Now back in the valley, the group, under the direction of Nancy Brown, will celebrate Christmas music at Hamilton's St. Francis Catholic Church. The hour-long free concert will start at 3 p.m. Sunday and will include old and recent songs of the season. By the way, their new Italy CD will be available for sale as a last minute stocking stuffer. The singers have been featured on KLYQ's Friday "Event Show" the past two weeks. They also helped light the Hamilton Community Christmas Tree last month (see photo above).
