And yet another popular attraction that brings people together won't be happening this year. 2020 would have been the eleventh year in business for the owners of the MissoulaMaze... and you can probably already tell where this story is going (both because it's in the headline and because this is pretty much how every store has gone for the last six months).

Yes, the MissoulaMaze will not be opening its doors this year. Normally, the maze is open starting in September and running all the way through the end of October. It's especially a bummer coming off of a summer in which most events were cancelled, but we still had the occasional outdoor, socially-distanced thing to hold onto. As the weather gets colder, that's going to be a lot tougher, so it would have been nice to have something like the MissoulaMaze to get families out into the world.

Of course, sometimes it's just not possible, and with COVID, it's better to be safe than sorry. Apparently, the owners are still looking into the possibility of having pumpkins and straw available for sale "during limited times." Help them out if you can - it must be a pretty huge financial hit to take a year off from putting the maze on.

Are you bummed that the MissoulaMaze won't be taking place this year?
