Man, it has been so great to see events getting back on the calendar for 2021. We've been finding out about concerts, festivals in Caras Park, and all kinds of other stuff in Missoula that are being scheduled for the rest of the year. After an entire year in isolation, a lot of people needed this kind of release.

And if you're looking for something to take the kids to this summer, here's another one to add to your list: Missoula Under Construction is set to return to Fort Missoula Regional Park on August 21st.

The event is a collaboration between Jackson Contractor Group and Missoula Food Bank & Community Center. Throughout the day, kids will be able to learn about different trades through fun activities - they can find out what it's like to be an electrician, a plumber, a construction worker, a carpenter, and more. PLUS, they'll actually get to drive the big rigs, and no kid is gonna want to pass that up.

And the best part is, all proceeds from the event will go towards the Missoula Food Bank, which means the money will be used to help out families all over Missoula County. They've got all the info on their Facebook event page, and you can check out the Missoula Food Bank's website for ticket information.

Think you will be checking this out and taking the family to Missoula Under Construction this year? Has it been a family tradition to attend it in the past?
