Missoula Police are Investigating Shots That Were Fired in the South Hills
At around 3:55 a.m. on Monday, Missoula Police Department officers responded to the 2600 block of Arcadia street for the report of shots fired. Sergeant Rick Stevenson explains.
“There were multiple people that called in the shots,” Stevenson said. “A lot of people heard the shots. Responding officers made contact with the persons in the residence in question and determined no one was injured by the shots or were involved with the actual shooting of the shots. We currently don’t have a specific identifiable suspect, but we are looking into leads that we do have.”
According to Stevenson, officers confirmed that shots were fired and an investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Mitch Lang at 406-552-6292. KGVO will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
