It started out as a pretty promising year for concerts. We had show announcements for Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile, Vampire Weekend, 311, Coheed and Cambria, and so many more! Of course, you know the rest of the story with most live shows being wiped out due to postponements and cancellations because of COVID-19.

All of the concertsI just mentioned were being put on by Logjam Presents. They do SO MANY shows in Missoula! It's pretty amazing how many acts they bring through town with The Wilma, Top Hat, and KettleHouse Amphitheater. This year was also supposed to feature additional concerts at Ogren Park, but the pandemic hit before any could be announced. You can imagine the challenges Logjam is facing with ticket holders for all of the rescheduled and cancelled shows having the option of requesting refunds. As a tool to navigate through these unprecedented times, they've introduced the Ticket Exchange Program that benefits both customers and Logjam.

How does it work? If you've purchased a ticket for a Logjam show that was postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.........instead of a refund you can exchange the ticket for a Logjam gift card worth 125% of the base-ticket value. It's a win for ticket holders as you get the additional value, and it helps Logjam as they don't have to refund the money that was originally spent on tickets. After opting in for the Ticket Exchange Program, you can use gift cards for future concert tickets, merchandise, and food & beverage at Logjam venues.

We're all ready to get back to a world where we can have concerts in a safe and fun way again. Take a look at what's currently on the schedule of upcoming Logjam shows here.

Oh, and since we're talking about Logjam and them owning the Top Hat - they're currently looking to hire for their kitchen crew.  You can apply here if you're interested.
