Kesha's legal battle with producer and label head Dr. Luke has dominated the Kesha-related headlines over the past year, but she has graced fans with a few rare live appearances, including a December 2015 set in Nashville with her band Yeast Infection. As of Tuesday (April 12), there's a rumor swirling that's the most exciting Kesha news in recent memory — or crushing, if it proves false: Will Kesha take the stage at Coachella 2016?

If celebrity gossip site X17online's "exclusive" is to be believed, the answer is yes. The site claims a source close to the singer spilled news of a surprise ("surprise") appearance at the Indio, Calif. festival this coming weekend. Whether she'll appear solo, if at all, or will join another act onstage — perhaps Zedd, who extended an offer to produce with Kesha back in February? — remains to be seen.

The "We R Who We R" singer will reportedly be at least attending the festival, at least according to Buzzfeed Music. So if you've got a ticket to the event this weekend, keep your eyes peeled and your flower crown poppin'.

Happily, Kesha does have one confirmed and prestigious live event in her near future: She's joining the lineup for a tribute honoring folk legend Bob Dylan for his 75th birthday. Dylan Fest takes place on May 23 and 24 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, and will also feature Kacey Musgraves, City and Colour and more.

Tickets are on sale on Saturday (April 15). Check out the flyer below, and watch our roundup of Kesha's best live vocals here.
