So Awkward: Jake Roche’s Mom Listened to His Brother Have Sex

We literally can't even think of anything more cringe-worthy than this: Rixton frontman Jake Roche's mom listened to his brother have sex. On purpose.

Jake's mom Coleen Nolan is a well-known UK TV personality, famous for her liberal attitude on the (hilarious) talk show 'Loose Women.' And on the show's latest episode, she revealed that her oldest son's sexual encounter left her, well, "dead impressed." (You can watch the clip here.)

"I came down one morning and had a missed call from Shane Jr. and I’d missed it at 4 AM. I knew he’d been out so I was panicking, thinking 'oh my god,' he might be in hospital and all that," she explained. Well, he certainly wasn't in a hospital bed, as his mom quickly learned.

"And it had gone to voicemail and I was listening to it for about the first ten seconds and I was thinking ‘What the hell is that?’ I realized his phone had gone off during....his night of passion," she revealed, as the audience cracked up.

"And I hope he’s not watching today but let me say I listened for four and a half minutes," she said, as her co-hosts buried their faces in embarrassment. (Oh, we feel you!) "Four and a half minutes... I was dead impressed."

Even worse? She straight-up played the sex clip for Shane and his girlfriend later. We repeat: She PLAYED the sex clip for her son and his girlfriend. We cannot even handle the secondhand-embarrassment.

Fortunately for Shane, he took the whole thing in stride -- but he made sure to clarify one important aspect on Twitter:

And as for Jake, well, we're gonna go ahead and guess that he's just used to his mom's shenanigans -- after all, Rixton have already revealed that they go to Coleen Nolan for sex advice.

"I send a text to my mum if I’ve got a problem. She’s always there for me and my mates. I’m not embarrassed of her, she’s great," Jake has reportedly said before.

And his bandmates got even more detailed, with Danny Wilkin explaining that Jake's mom taught him how to put a condom on. Whoa!

"She taught me to pinch the end and roll it down," he joked.

Charley Bangnall also admitted: "I’ve gone to her with girlfriend problems, STI problems."

Well, there you have it, folks. And you thought your mom was embarrassing?
