Sadly, another beloved local business has had to make the difficult decision to close in attempt to decrease the spike in COVID-19 numbers in Missoula. Citing that Montana is now 4th in the nation for increase in daily COVID-19 numbers, Imagine Nation Brewing announced on social media yesterday that they are closing for the winter. Many local businesses have changed their hours or have gone back to pick up/delivery only, but Imagine Nation is calling it a 2020.

Imagine Nation is our country's first microbrewery and community center diligently working to better the community. They host fundraisers for local non-profits and give a space to groups who may otherwise not be able to gather, during non-pandemic times, of course. IN also hosts a vast variety of music, including live performances from different genres, and vinyl record nights. No matter what the line up is for the beautiful river front patio or inside the community room, it's something that is helping to move the community forward and make Missoula a better place to live. There's honestly no other place like it. In the photo above, you can see that they offered their space for making masks early in the pandemic.

So it's sad that they are having to close their doors, but the are still offering take out and delivery for cans only. The owners also offered their sincere thanks for a successful, socially distanced summer season. If you're planning to take advance of take out Imagine Nation beer, you might call ahead, 926-1251, email info@imaginenationbrewing.com or check their Facebook page for updated hours.

The Good Food Store and the Hip Strip just made some changes as well. In addition, there is a 2nd positive test at the Missoula Food Bank, so they will remain on restricted hours.
