Gin and Juice News Style

One of my favorite Snoop Dogg songs of all time is Gin and Juice. It reminds me of my younger years. Years before there was little thing called responsibility running my life. Yes, I’m that old.

I have heard another version of this classic Snoop Dogg song sung by the Gourds. I like to think The Gourds version of Gin and Juice is the hillbilly version. Which is probably why I love it. As someone who grew up loving all genres of music, it’s hard not to love a cover that mixes one of my favorite rap songs with blue grass.

It seems that Gin and Juice has been covered again. However, this time it’s not by a musician. No, this time one of America’s favorite news men has covered this beloved rap melody. Well, not quite. Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon compiled a collage of word clips giving the illusion that Brian Williams is rapping Snoop Dogg’s Gin and Juice.
