Donate Blood in January and You Could Win 2022 Super Bowl Tickets
It's time to break out all the superstitious rituals! Let the beard grow! Wear the same clothes for every game! Only do certain acts that you know will bring your team luck! I'm talking about the lengths we fans will go to as we try to help our favorite team advance in the NFL playoffs that start this weekend. I won't be hopping any flights with COVID cases still being such a factor.....but you better believe the thought has crossed my mind that I used to work in Tampa.....and the Seahawks could make it to the Super Bowl in Tampa this year.....and my mind wanders to what the odds would be of somebody I used to work with at the radio station having access to tickets. Hmmmm. If it were only a reality.
Since I'm dreaming.....there's a chance I could end up at the 2022 Super Bowl in Los Angeles.....and so could YOU!
The American Red Cross is going to give one lucky donor the ticket of a lifetime to see the big game next year. We're talking round-trip airfare to Los Angeles, two tickets to Super Bowl LVI, access to the official NFL Tailgate, tickets to the Super Bowl Experience, three-night hotel accommodations, and a $500 gift card for expenses.
Just make a blood, platelet, or plasma donation in the month of January and you're entered to win. There is a need for plasma from the blood of those that have been affected with COVID-19 and recovered. The Red Cross and the NFL have teamed up to offer the promotion as a way to increase the amount of donors.
And you don't have to wait until next year to enjoy the Super Bowl in style! Granted, it's not quite the same as spending the weekend in Los Angeles for the game, but one donor during January will also win a 65-inch TV and $500 to watch this year's game from home.
