Dear Pilot of My Flight: Please Don’t Fall Asleep

If you already have fears of flying, my apologies in advance, because this sure won't alleviate them.

AP tells us that a commercial airplane pilot is under investigation after he fell asleep in the cockpit. The fortunate thing is that it was a freight plane so there were no passengers. The pilot was alone and luckily for him he eventually woke up after many failed attempts by air traffic control to make contact.

Ah, heck. He only overshot Australia's King Island Airport by 29 miles. So he just "boomeranged" (sorry, Australia and all, you know...) back and was able to land at his original destination.

Greyhound Bus, anyone?
