The last time monsters got together for a big dance party around Halloween, reports indicated that it was a graveyard smash. Here's hoping this one can live up to that reputation.

Have you stopped by Cymatic Fermentation Project yet? They're a new brewery that just opened their doors in Missoula a few months back. I was there for a comedy show a little while ago and really enjoyed the place, I'm looking forward to heading there again soon.

And maybe it'll be for this - if you're looking for something fun on Halloween and you want to show off your incredible dance skills, CFP is hosting a competitive dance-a-thon!

You pay a $10 entry fee, get on the dance floor at 3 PM, and you just. keep. dancing.

Once you stop dancing, you're eliminated from the competition - and it doesn't end until the last person is left on the dance floor.

The best part is, it's all to raise money for a good cause. All the proceeds from the Dance-a-thon are going to Curtain Up! Company, which is a group of talented kids that perform all around Missoula that are looking to raise funds so they can attend national conventions.

Wear your Halloween costume too, because there will also be a prize for best costume. The event will be happening on Sunday, October 31st, and registration begins at 2:30 PM.

Think you'll be grooving to the Halloween Dance-A-Thon? You can find out all the info you need at their Facebook event page.

LOOK: 50 famous memes and what they mean

With the infinite number of memes scattered across the internet, it's hard to keep track. Just when you've grasped the meaning of one hilarious meme, it has already become old news and replaced by something equally as enigmatic. Online forums like Tumblr, Twitter, 4chan, and Reddit are responsible for a majority of meme infections, and with the constant posting and sharing, finding the source of an original meme is easier said than done. Stacker hunted through internet resources, pop culture publications, and databases like Know Your Meme to find 50 different memes and what they mean. While the almost self-replicating nature of these vague symbols can get exhausting, memes in their essence can also bring people closer together—as long as they have internet access.
