Daly Mansion Brings the ‘Roaring’ 20s’ Alive Saturday March 2

The Daly Mansion's big winter event is the "Roarin' 20s Gala" and it is Saturday March 2nd. The cold, snowy weather is not stopping the Mansion crew and they're adding a bit of Mardi Gras flair to the evening. Besides your flappers dresses and fancy suits, you can wear Mardi Gras type masks. Of course, any type of dress is welcome. Just come and enjoy the three floors of fun at the mansion northeast of Hamilton. The evening starts at 7 p.m. and admission is $45 - a fundraiser for the historic building. You can still get tickets at the Daly Mansion website.

Live jazz music of the Ed Norton Swingerz Band from Missoula will include dancing and even some dance lessons, followed by a brief contest. Games include tabletop horse-racing on the third floor and bingo on the second floor landing. And you will find lots of hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar. No worries about the cold. Park in the mansion parking lot and wait in your car for the heated shuttle that will take you up to the mansion. It will be hot evening on a cold Bitterroot night.
