Cranky Sam Beer Dinner at Rumour Restaurant

Fun fact: I can't drive past or even think about Rumour Restaurant & Taphouse, located here in Missoula, without singing their name to the song "Rumor" by Lee Brice.

THERE'S A RUMOUR GOING 'ROUND, THAT THERE'S A RESTAURANT! 

That's usually how it goes. Imagine being my girlfriend and having to listen to that all the time, one of your favorite songs just completely butchered by this moron whose brain connects two completely unrelated things.

The good news is, unless I end up going, you should be safe from my badly-sung antics as you check out the Cranky Sam Beer Dinner, which Rumour will be hosting. Rumour is teaming up Cranky Sam's to put on a delicious five course meal - and each meal, of course, will be paired with an equally delicious beer.

Their Facebook event page promises "Great social distancing, great food, great beer, great friends." Those are four great things!

The cost if $60 per person (plus tip), which for a five course meal that includes five beers is actually a pretty awesome deal. You'll definitely want to call ahead of time and make a reservation - and do it soon, because the dinner is happening on Thursday, January 21st at 6 PM.

Does anyone else randomly associate songs with other things? I remember when the movie Gone Girl came out, I would sing it to the tune of "Young Girl" by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap. Honestly, I've got Gone Girl on Blu-Ray, and I still sing it to the tune of that song. Brains are weird, huh?
