Cookie Monster vs Carly Rae Jepsen

If you’re like me and grew up with Sesame Street, then you will appreciate this video. My boys love popular music, so we listen to it a lot in the car. I think most of the time they aren’t aware of what the lyrics are really saying. Most of the time I hear it it doesn’t make much sense. I find this to be very humerous. Sometimes I will turn the radio down, just so I can hear what they are singing.

Thanks to my cousin, I’ve just found a way for both my older boys and my toddler to enjoy a popular song. My cousin posted this YouTube video of Cookie Monster singing “Share Me Maybe,” which is a spoof of Carly Rae Jepsen's song "Call Me Maybe." My toddler absolutely loves it, and thanks to him l know the words to Cookie Monster’s song better than the words to Carly Rae Jepsen’s song.
