Buy and Sell at UM Outdoor Gear Sale

You're getting "geared" up for spring and summer, and here's a way to bag a bargain and maybe unload an item or two.

The University of Montana Outdoor Gear Sale is Wednesday, April 12 from noon-5 in the University Center Atrium. Anyone can buy or sell used outdoor equipment, including bikes, boating equipment, camping gear and lots more.

If you want to sell gear, you can drop off your items between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. the day of the sale in the UC Atrium. You can pick up unsold items and get a cash payout for items that did sell in the evening after the sale ends. The UM Outdoor Program takes 20 percent of the selling prices to benefit their programs and equipment.

If you don't want to sell anything, no problem. Just show up and do some fun shopping and get a screaming deal on some gently used outdoor gear.
