Sounds delish! Tickets are on sale for "The Tasting of Big Sky Country" at the Missoula College Blackfoot Cafe.

This special event features University of Montana School of Arts ceramicist Ryan Caldwell and the Big Sky Culinary Institute's Capstone Class. It's coming up on Friday, April 19.

The project includes Montana-inspired cuisine and pottery. The tasting starts at 5:00 with very cool presentation: Culinary Capstone student creations will be plated on Ryan Caldwell's interpretive pottery. The Big Sky Culinary Institute's graduating class worked to create dishes to reflect the history, landscape and agriculture of Big Sky Country. These thoughtful creations will be available to see and taste during the event.

Tickets are only $12 and include appetizers and a glass of champagne. A no-host bar is available, too. If interested, you should get your tickets quickly at the Missoula College Cashier Office or the Blackfoot Cafe Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.. You can also purchase tickets by calling 406-243-7815.

Bon Appetit!
