At about 3:20 on Saturday, Missoula Police officers responded to the report of a three-vehicle collision near the intersection of Adams and East Broadway. Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh explains.

“It was initially reported that there were no injuries, but when officers arrived, they did find that one male suffered a minor injury after his airbag deployed,” Welsh said. “However, he refused any medical attention. He was identified as 60-year-old Charles Baggett. At the conclusion of the investigation, Baggett was arrested for his forth or subsequent DUI, which is a felony.”

Welsh says Baggett was also charged with reckless driving, failure to carry insurance, and driving without a valid drivers license. Court records indicate that this is Baggett’s ninth DUI.
