A Saturday morning earthquake that the U.S. Geological Survey reports as a magnitude 4.9 trembler hit in Idaho, and was felt by many in the Bitterroot Valley.

KPAX reports the quake hit four miles outside of East Challis, Idaho at around 10:45 a.m. and was felt in the Conner area in southern Ravalli County as well as in the Hamilton area.

Reports of feeling the quake have also come in from Corvallis, Stevensville, Florence and as far away as Philipsburg area.

There are no reports of damage at this time.
