$30 Americana Show Added to The Wilma Schedule

Charleston, South Carolina's gritty-Americana duo, Shovels & Rope are set to make you dance on Tuesday, October 5th at the Wilma! Tickets are an affordable $30 and on sale this Friday, May 21st, at 10 a.m. online and by calling (800) 514-3849. A note from the band:

We are genuinely thrilled to be able to announce an entire tour of new shows. It’s been a long year and we are beyond grateful to be able to get back on the road and reconnect with yall. And what better time to play some shows in a way that we’ve never done before. The “Bare Bones Tour” will be our first truly stripped down tour. Piano. Guitar. Voices.. and that’s pretty much it.  Rooms will be a bit more intimate and we are all probably going to be a bit more quiet in volume, but just as loud in spirit.  Expect some classics, some deep cuts, and maybe a few new tunes. Let’s get intimate!

This is just the third show announced for the Wilma as events are starting to be planned again. Country artist Ashely McBryde has a show on September 22nd, and indie pop vintage weirdos Tennis will be there on September 29th. Pretty sure Tech N9ne resides in the basement of the Wilma, so his show is October 19th, and the rescheduled Milky Chance show is completely sold out for November 18th.
