When thinking back on the music of the ‘90s, iconic names like Britney Spears, NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys probably come to mind. Back then, you could count on stations like MTV to find your favorite music videos playing every morning, or turn on TRL for appearances by your favorite bands. While pop music certainly defined much of the decade, it definitely wasn’t the only powerhouse genre around—other major rock and R&B artists dominated the scene, from Blink-182 to Destiny’s Child and beyond.

As we settle into the first few weeks of 2019, this year also marks the 20th anniversary for many albums that rocked the charts back in 1999. From hit singles for which we know every lyric, to classic music videos that we know the choreography for all too well, we’ve rounded up fifteen nostalgic albums that are celebrating the big 2-0! From Backstreet Boys’ Millennium to Blink-182’s Enema of the State, there’s something for everyone’s nostalgic taste.
