Woman Confirmed Dead After Crash Near Clinton – Man and Three Children Remain Hospitalized

Montana Highway Patrol confirmed one person is dead after a crash near Clinton Friday night.

NBC Montana reports five people were involved in the single-vehicle crash that happened around 10:30 p.m. near mile marker 120.  A middle-age female was killed. Four other passengers were also injured Friday when a 2006 Honda Pilot veered off course and rolled.

The Missoula County Sheriff's Office said five people from Washington were in the vehicle, which was eastbound.

Althought all passengers were wearing seatbelts, a man and three children ages 11, 9, and 6 were taken to St. Patrick Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
