Now here's a study that's sure to make some people in some states very angry (sorry, Mississippi). WalletHub put together a ranking of every single state in the US from most educated to least educated. A lot of factors go into the list, which has Mississippi in dead last and Massachusetts taking the top spot (as the home of Harvard and MIT, that makes sense).

So where did good old Montana rank on the list? Well, we made the top 20! Montana was ranked number 18, beating out some states that I assumed might have ranked a little higher, like California at number 25.

And that's not all! Montana actually came in first place in one category that went into the list: we've got the highest percentage of high school diploma holders out of any state in the country!
