When Santa Comes To Town

On Friday night, the long awaited arrival of our favorite holiday friend, aka Santa Claus, make his debut at the Southgate Mall. And what an arrival it was!

Prior to the arrival, the Southgate Mall did its best to decorate the mall in all things Christmas, including twinkling lights and giant red velvet bows! The surrounding stores dusted off their holiday decorations and their employees dressed for the special occasion.

To greet Santa, children and parents of all ages packed the mall in order to get a closer look! Everyone sang and danced along to the adorable toy soldier and gingerbread company girls. And the whole place erupted with excited when the Griz mascot, Monte, made a surprise appearance!

Monte worked the dance floor alongside the extremely talented company girls and the Griz dance team. It was hard not to smile and dance along!

All the dancing and singing led up to the big reveal... the arrival of the one and only Sant Claus! Not to brag or anything but he seemed just as excited to see all of us as we were to see him!

Santa will be available for pictures all the way through the holiday season!
