'Walking Dead' S6 Blu-ray Somehow Made the Finale Longer

Apart from its climactic end, The Walking Dead Season 6 finale used a great majority of its 90-minute runtime to shuttle Rick’s crew back and forth between Savior traps; not exactly the riveting material you’d expect an extended cut for. Yet here we are, as the full list of Walking Dead Season 6 Blu-ray features lists not only an extended cut, but also in-depth looks at Negan and some of the season’s biggest moments.

Ahead of its August 23 release date, AMC and Anchor Bay have announced the full roster of special features for The Walking Dead: The Complete Sixth Season, along with the above trailer. There’s at least a spoiler or two in the listing below, but check out the full roster (complete with inexplicably-extended finale):

Among the extras, we also know that special features will include an alternate take of Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan entrance from “Last Day on Earth,” in which the actor’s profanity is much more in line with the comics.
