Vandal Attempts to Break Into ATM in Hamilton

The Hamilton Police Department is investigating a vandalism and attempted burglary of an ATM at Farmer's State Bank on North 1st Street in Hamilton.

Detective Stephen Murphy said the incident occurred in the early morning hours of Monday October 28th.

The suspect's image was captured on a video recorder and he is suspected in two other businesses which were vandalized in the Hamilton area.

Murphy, in a news release, said the suspect is believed to be armed and should not be approached. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hamilton Police Department at (406) 363-2100 or Crimestoppers at (406) 363-0062.
