Tuesdays With Tami And Joy – Movie Review of ‘The Mountain Between Us’

This week we were one team member short because our girl Tami was off living her best life in Paris. Luckily Joy is a dedicated soul and rallied enough to hit up the movies on Tuesday to review the new movie The Mountain Between Us with Kate Winslet and Idris Elba.

Joy was NOT impressed.

Long story short, The Mountain Between Us plot feels recycled, with the characters crashing into the mountains and having to survive and hike their way to safety. Pretty sure we've all seen this type of movie like a million times already. And apparently Kate Winslet, who plays an engaged reporter named Alex Martin, complains the whole movie because she has a hurt leg. Joy said the complaining got old real fast!

As a whole, Joy said the movie was so pointless that she believes if Tami were there, she 100% would have walked out! Womp womp...
